What is Heidi?
Heidi is a helpful tool that allows your clinician to focus entirely on you during your visit while still allowing them to accurately capture medical information, ensuring a comprehensive and precise record of your care. This helps clinicians save time, focus more on their patients, and handle documentation efficiently.

How does it work?
Heidi works by transcribing your consult and generating notes based on a template of the clinician’s choice using AI.

Can I opt out?
You will be asked to give verbal consent at your appointment. You can choose to opt out at any time.

What does Heidi do with my data?
Conversations are transcribed simultaneously while they happen, meaning no recordings are ever stored. Notes that a clinician saves from the appointment will be added to your Record in our Practice Management System, Semble, as standard.

How does Heidi make sure my data is safe?
Heidi employs robust and strict access controls meaning only your clinician has access to sensitive information. Heidi is GDPR and NHS compliant and they are ISO27001 accredited for data security.
