Rhonda Flemming is an experienced consultant gynaecologist having worked for over 6 years as a consultant gynaecologist and obstetrician within the NHS at The Whittington Hospital, London and also holds the post as the Ambulatory Gynaecology lead. Ms Flemming provides gynaecological services across general gynaecological issues including fibroid management, polycystic ovarian syndrome irregularities, postmenopausal bleeding, pelvic pain and early fertility care.
Ms Flemming has specialist expertise in early pregnancy care, emergency gynaecology, hysterosocpy and advanced labour ward.
In addition to treating patients Ms Flemming is actively involved in the training of junior doctors and medical students and is married with 3 children.
Miss Wilson trained in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in north and east London. She has worked as a consultant gynaecologist at The Whittington Hospital since 2011 where she is ‘labour ward lead’. She provides a range of services for women including caring for those with concerns in early pregnancy, emergency gynaecology problems and longstanding conditions. She is trained in gynaecology ultrasound and laparoscopic surgery.
Miss Wilson is passionately interested in women’s experience and safety through all stages of pregnancy. She also holds the position of Royal College Workplace Behaviour Champion.
Mr Pisal is a consultant gynaecologist who has practised gynaecology in London for over 10 years working as both a private and NHS consultant at The Whittington Hospital NHS Trust, The Portland Hospital for Women and Children, The Wellington Hospital and Hospital of St John and St Elizabeth. He provides a range of gynaecological services and treatments and is recognised as a leading expert in advanced laparoscopic surgery, abnormal smear management and colposcopy and management of cancer.
Mr Pisal is keen to make a difference within his profession, his philosophy is to provide his patients with the best possible care at every stage of their journey, ensuring a calm and reassuring experience.
Mr Pisal is well published and currently holds a number of positions most notably being lead clinician for gynaecological cancer at The Whittington Hospital and is actively involved in teaching and training medical students and doctors in training.
In his spare time Mr Pisal enjoys running and has run marathons raising money for charities, in particular The Whittington NHS Trust, Ammalife and Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust.

Mrs Pisal has worked as a consultant gynaecologist and obstetrician for over 15 years. She currently works in the NHS as Senior Consultant at Chase Farm Hospital, London. Privately, Mrs Pisal sees patients at The Portland Hospital for Women and Children in Central London and the BMI Kings Oak and BMI Cavell hospitals in Enfield, North London.
Her areas of expertise include recurrent miscarriage, early pregnancy management, management of heavy periods, fibroids, pelvic pain and endometriosis and advanced hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery including robotic surgery. Mrs Pisal also undertakes her own ultrasound scans and has expertise in gynaecological and pregnancy scanning.
Mrs Pisal is the Service Line lead for gynaecology services at Barnet Hospital.

Sister Anna Barbour is in charge of Women’s Outpatient Clinic at the Portland Hospital. She also works as a clinical nurse specialist in colposcopy and treatment at the Whittington Hospital. She is well-liked by her patients for her gentle and kind manner. Her experience, expertise and kindness have resulted in many a painless smears.
Laura is fully certified nutritional therapist, who has worked in nutritional therapy for 7 years, she qualified at the prestigious Institute for Optimum Nutrition, which is recognised as one of the leading centres for nutritional training and education.
Laura has worked with London Gynaecology over the last year and supported our patients and their treatment plans with targeted nutritional intervention.
Laura became passionate about supporting pregnant women during her own pregnancies, noticing first hand the difference the right nutrition and supplementation plan can make. She has since treated numerous pregnant ladies with a range of pregnancy related conditions including; endometriosis, polycystic ovaries, weight management, anaemia and gestational diabetes.
Emma has worked with London Gynaecology for many years and was responsible for developing the brand identity and very first London Gynaecology website in the very beginning. Today her role extends to running the entire business and marketing of the practice, ensuring that the business operates as smoothly and efficiently as the clinical side.
Emma has two young children who keep her busy when she’s not at working with the team at London Gynaecology.
As the secretary to Mr & Mrs Pisal and Ms Flemming, Marion makes London Gynaecology happen. Marion has worked in both private and NHS healthcare across both gynaecology and maternity for over 15 years and has an excellent understanding of how women’s healthcare works.
Marion has worked for Mr and Mrs Pisal for over 10 years and is a key member of the London Gynaecology team.
Marion is a mother of two children who keep her busy and enjoys flower arranging and taking her lovely dog Ruben for walks.
Dawn is the secretary to Mr & Mrs Pisal and Ms Flemming and together with Marion is key in keeping the practice smooth running and ensure we deliver a seamless service to clients.
Dawn has extensive medical secretary experience spanning over the last 12 years within busy private hospitals in London.
In her spare time Dawn enjoys travelling, cooking, baking and sitting down with a cup of tea and watching CSI.
Aminah is part of the administrative team and is often the first person patients speak to answering the busy phone line and responding to email enquiries as well as providing support to the practice secretaries. Aminah has a first class degree in Biomedical Science and has a natural interest in the medical field having undertaken roles at Royal London Hospital and Barkers Chemist.
Aminah enjoys keeping fit as well as travelling abroad and experiencing different cultures.
Abby provides part time administrative support to the evening clinics. Currently in her final year at UCL, studying towards a degree in Ancient History, Abby has a great deal of experience in dealing with patients and has worked for a number of years supporting a family owned osteopathic practice.
Bryony provides part time administrative support to the early morning and evening clinics and is currently in her final year at UCL studying towards a MSci in Biochemistry. In her spare time Bryony enjoys boxing and volunteering in conservation based activities in London’s parks.
