Fees

We understand that cost can be an important factor when considering private health services. We have a transparent approach to our fees and offer packages where possible to ensure clarity upfront whilst keeping our costs as low as possible.

Fee Information for Insured Patients:

Our clinicians are recognised by all major insurers; including BUPA, Aviva and AXA PPP.  Most insurance companies pay fees in full, however with some there may be a small shortfall. Please check your policy with your insurance company prior to visiting. Please note that patients from certain medical insurance companies can only be seen at our location at The Portland Hospital (please check with our team when enquiring).

All patients intending to use private medical insurance need to obtain authorisation (for both the consultant and facility) and provide authorisation and policy numbers prior to their visit. Failure to do so means you may not be seen. If you are covered by major UK insurer we can only invoice the insurer. We are unable to invoice the patient directly.

Fee Information for Self Paying Patients:

No cash policy: we have introduced a no-cash policy, therefore we will no longer be accepting cash payments at our clinic locations at The Portland Hospital and Austin Friars, City of London.  Please inform our admin team if you have any concerns by emailing: [email protected]

Self pay packages update:

Please note that almost all of our self-pay packages are available only at our City of London clinic, located in Austin Friars (near Liverpool St). See our self pay packages to learn more.

Translation service

Kindly note, consultations that require translation services will incur an extra fee.

Cancellation Policy:

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations so that we can allocate the time to someone else. As with most other clinics we regret that we have to apply a late cancellation or missed appointment fee. We trust that you will understand our policy and thank you for your cooperation.
