Our Fees
We know that cost is an important consideration when choosing where to receive your care, so we publish our fees clearly and openly.
Your consultation fee covers the time you spend with your consultant or GP, together with their clinical advice. Unless specifically stated, it does not include scans, blood tests, pathology, smear or HPV testing, procedures or prescriptions. If any additional tests or treatment are recommended, your consultant or GP will explain why, outline the costs and discuss your options before anything is arranged.
Our surgical prices are guide prices and include hospital, surgical, anaesthetist and histology fees. We will provide you with a written quotation confirming the exact cost before your surgery is booked.
If you are using private medical insurance
Please check your cover and obtain authorisation for both your consultant and the clinic before your appointment, and send us your policy and authorisation numbers in advance.

Information for insured patients
Before your appointment
Please obtain authorisation from your insurer for both your consultant and the clinic you will be attending, and send us your policy and authorisation numbers before your appointment. Without them, we may need to cancel your appointment, or the charges may become your responsibility.
How we bill your insurer
If you are insured with one of the major UK insurers listed above, we will invoice them directly. Your policy may include an excess or limits on cover, and any amount your insurer does not pay will be your responsibility.
Tests recommended during your appointment
Your consultant may recommend tests, scans or procedures during your appointment, and these are not always covered by your policy. For example, some policies do not cover smear or HPV tests. We recommend reading your policy's general terms of cover before you attend.
If a test is recommended on the day, you can choose to:
· go ahead at the time, understanding that the cost may not be covered if authorisation is not in place, or
· wait until your insurer has confirmed authorisation.
Questions about your cover
Cover varies significantly between insurers and policies, so our consultants are unable to advise on individual policies during your appointment. Please contact your insurer directly with any questions about what your policy covers.
Paying for your care
We accept card payments only at all of our clinics.
Consultations that need an interpreter or translation service will incur an additional fee. Please contact us to find out more.
