Miss Evans is a highly experienced consultant gynaecologist with a specialist interest in colposcopy and early gynaecological cancers. She was appointed as a consultant in 2002 at The Royal Free Hospital, where she now serves as divisional director for women’s and children’s services and leads the gynaecological cancer services.
She chairs the hospital’s weekly gynaecology multidisciplinary team (MDT) meeting and represents the trust on the North London Gynaecology Cancer Tumour Board, reflecting her leadership in cancer care and her commitment to collaborative, evidence-based practice.
Miss Evans offers a comprehensive range of gynaecological services, including:
● Management of abnormal cervical smears
● Colposcopy
● Hysteroscopy
● Heavy periods
● Post-menopausal bleeding
She is passionate about delivering the highest standard of care and is known for ensuring her patients are fully informed and actively involved in decisions about their treatment options.
Outside her clinical work, she enjoys keeping fit, spending time with her family and walking her dog.
