If you are travelling by car, there is on street parking on Harley Street and surrounding roads.

From Baker Street station
- Leave Baker Street station at Chiltern Street exit, this exit comes out on the south side of the Marylebone Road. Once out of the station and on street level, turn around and walk back down Marylebone Road (Madame Tussaud’s should be on your left).
- Keep walking down Marylebone Road for about 7 minutes, walk past the Princess Grace hospital (on your right) and the Royal Academy of Music on your left.
- Continue past Marylebone Parish church (on your right) and you should shortly see the turning onto Harley Street.
- Turn right onto Harley street, 145 Harley Street, is one of the first buildings on your right hand side.

From Bond St Station
- Exit the station using any exit, (all exits come out onto Oxford Street). Once out of the station, turn right onto Oxford Street and walk up Oxford Street towards Oxford Circus (heading in the direction away from Selfridges).
- Turn left at the corner of the start of John Lewis building onto Old Cavendish Street.
- Walk to the end of Old Cavendish Street, to where it meets with Henrietta Place and take a right towards Cavendish Square.
- Turn left onto Cavendish Square, walk straight up the edge of the square (keeping the square on your right)
- At the end Cavendish Square, cross over Wigmore Street onto Harley Street. Walk up Harley Street for about 5 minutes to 145 Harley Street, on your left.

From Regent’s Park Station
- Leave the station using any exit, walk down Marylebone Road towards Baker Street.
- Harley Street is the second road on your left.
- Turn left into Harley Street and 145 Harley Street is one of the first buildings on your right hand side.
