Mr Tomasz Lukaszewski MD PhD

Mr Tomasz Lukaszewski is a Senior Consultant in Reproductive Medicine who supports individuals and couples on their fertility journey, including those facing complex medical, emotional or practical decisions. Patients commonly see him for fertility investigations, IVF treatment, fertility preservation and support with family building using donor eggs, sperm or embryos.

He works at IVI London and brings over 15 years of experience across both NHS and private fertility care. Tomasz understands that fertility treatment can feel overwhelming, particularly when plans do not follow a straightforward path. His approach is calm, inclusive and non-judgemental, with a strong focus on helping patients feel informed and supported at every stage.

Tomasz has particular experience supporting patients with endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain and fertility concerns, as well as those exploring options such as egg or sperm freezing, IVF with or without genetic testing, and fertility treatment for same-sex couples, including shared motherhood (ROPA) and surrogacy pathways. He takes time to explain options clearly and helps patients understand what is realistic and right for them.
