Ms Nisha Nayak BSc (MDS), MSc (PGFM)

Nisha is an experienced Sonographer specialising in fertility, gynaecology and obstetric ultrasound. Patients commonly see her for fertility scans, early pregnancy scans and gynaecological ultrasound, often at times when reassurance, clarity and kindness matter most.

She trained in Diagnostic Medical Sonography in the United States and worked in fertility and women’s health there before moving to London to work within the NHS. Nisha later completed a Master’s degree in Prenatal Genetics and Fetal Medicine at UCL, building strong expertise in pregnancy and complex gynaecological scanning.

Nisha has a particular passion for fertility care. She understands that infertility can be an emotionally challenging journey and is known for her gentle, thoughtful approach during scans. She takes time to explain what she is seeing, answer questions and help patients feel at ease, especially when anxiety is high.

Alongside fertility work, Nisha is experienced in complex gynaecology and pregnancy ultrasound. She brings a calm, caring presence to every appointment and strives to ensure patients feel respected, supported and well looked after throughout their visit.

Outside of work, Nisha is a mother of two young children and enjoys travelling, reading, music and spending time with her family.
