Miss Mez Aref-Adib  MRCOG

Miss Mehrnoosh Aref-Adib is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who supports women with both common and complex gynaecological concerns. Patients commonly see her for fibroids, endometriosis, PCOS, ovarian cysts, heavy or painful periods, early pregnancy concerns and abnormal smear results.

Mehrnoosh understands that gynaecological symptoms can be worrying, disruptive and sometimes overwhelming. Her focus is on careful assessment, clear explanations and helping patients feel confident about what is happening in their body and what their options are.

She has particular expertise in ultrasound scanning, colposcopy and minimally invasive (keyhole) surgery. When treatment is needed, Mehrnoosh aims to use the least invasive approach possible, supporting recovery and long-term wellbeing. Patients often value the clarity and reassurance she provides, especially when decisions feel complex or unfamiliar.

In clinic, Mehrnoosh is known for her calm, thoughtful manner. She takes time to listen, encourages questions and ensures patients never feel rushed or dismissed. Her aim is for every patient to leave feeling informed, supported and clear about next steps.

Outside of work, Mehrnoosh is a mother of three and enjoys dancing, spinning and spending time with friends and family.
