Laura is a highly experienced Nutritional Therapist who supports women with personalised nutrition alongside their medical care. Patients commonly see her for hormone-related concerns, digestive symptoms, low energy, weight changes and nutritional support during fertility treatment, pregnancy, perimenopause and menopause.

She has over 15 years of experience and has worked closely with London Gynaecology for nearly a decade. During this time, Laura has supported hundreds of women with practical, evidence-based nutrition plans designed to complement medical treatment and support long-term wellbeing.

Laura specialises in women’s hormonal health across all life stages. She frequently works with patients managing conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, adenomyosis, anaemia, gestational diabetes and menopausal symptoms, as well as gut and metabolic health issues that can affect energy, mood and overall health.

Laura understands that nutrition advice can often feel confusing or overwhelming. In her consultations, she focuses on clear, realistic guidance that fits into everyday life. Patients often value her calm, compassionate approach and the way she helps them feel more in control of their health without pressure or judgement.

Her passion for women’s health has been shaped by her own experience of motherhood, and she is deeply committed to helping women feel informed, empowered and supported. Laura’s aim is for every patient to leave feeling clearer, more confident and equipped with practical steps that genuinely make a difference.
