Dr Renfrew is a Consultant Interventional Radiologist with over 20 years of experience supporting patients through minimally invasive procedures. Patients are often referred to him when treatment can be carried out using image-guided techniques rather than open surgery, helping to reduce recovery time and avoid more invasive approaches where possible.
Dr Renfrew is a UK-trained consultant interventional radiologist with over 20 years of experience, including two decades as the lead interventional radiologist at the Royal London Hospital, part of Barts Health NHS Trust. He currently serves as clinical director of radiology at both The London Clinic and The London Independent Hospital.
He has extensive experience across a wide range of interventional treatments, including care related to women’s reproductive health, pregnancy, cancer treatment, vascular conditions and complex medical problems. For patients, this means access to specialist procedures that are carefully planned, precise and tailored to individual needs.
Dr Renfrew spent two decades as the lead interventional radiologist at the Royal London Hospital and now serves as Clinical Director of Radiology at The London Clinic and The London Independent Hospital. He is used to managing complex cases and works closely with gynaecologists, obstetricians and other specialists to ensure care is well coordinated and clearly explained.
