London Gynaecology has experienced female paediatric and adolescent gynaecologists who are happy to see any patient.  Mrs Pradnya Pisal and Professor Sarah Creighton are highly experienced consultant gynaecologists who hold significant posts in the NHS in addition to their private practice. Consultant Gynaecologists Mrs Pradnya Pisal and Professor Sarah Creighton are available to see all patients who request a female paediatric and adolescent gynaecologists.

Mrs Pisal has been a Consultant gynaecologist and obstetrician for over 21 years. She worked as a Senior Consultant at the Chase Farm and Barnet sites of the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. She has recently retired from her NHS post but will continue to contribute when her expertise is needed. Privately, Mrs Pisal sees patients at 2 sites: The London Gynaecology clinic at Austin Friars, Liverpool Street and The London Gynaecology Clinc at The Portland Hospital for Women. She admits patients at the London Clinic Hospital and the Portland Hospital, where she performs major and minor surgeries. Her areas of expertise include paediatric-adolescent gynaecology, recurrent miscarriage, early pregnancy management, management of heavy periods, fibroids, pelvic pain and endometriosis and advanced hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery.

Professor Sarah Creighton is a leading UK expert in paediatric and adolescent gynaecology (PAG). She established and led the UK’s largest NHS multidisciplinary service for PAG at University College Hospital NHS until her retirement in 2022. She is an honorary clinical professor at University College London. She is a founder member and past Chair of the British Society for Paediatric and Adolescent Gynaecology (BritSPAG). She has a longstanding clinical and research interest in PAG and has published over 200 papers, reviews and chapters in this field.
